Planning & Zoning is utilized to create a high quality, sustainable community for citizens and businesses. This is accomplished with planning, creating, managing, and applying the standards for development.

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd Thursday of each month and special meetings on an as-needed basis. Additional documents, maps, and ordinances can be found here.

The Planning and Zoning Commission consists of seven (7) members. They meet to review rezoning applications, subdivision plats, site plans, re-plats, and development plans. The Committee is a recommending body only, and advises Council on city planning issues.
