Capital Improvement Program

Welcome to the City of Aubrey's Capital Improvement Program

The City of Aubrey Home Rule Charter requires the City Manager to annually update and submit a five-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and present to Council as an attachment to the budget.

The CIP is a forward-looking planning document outlining the City of Aubrey infrastructure needs and improvement strategy. The plan organizes projects by priority, project capacity and timing constraints and identifies funding sources for all anticipated projects.
